Shape Republic is a young, fast-growing Berlin-based brand specializing in nutritional supplements, healthy nutrition, protein products and fitness lifestyle products. From slim shakes and protein products to collagen powders, the entire product range is designed for women who want to lead an active and health-conscious lifestyle. Founded by Caro, now Managing Director of Shape Republic, the brand has quickly built a loyal community of more than 50,000 customers, affectionately known as “Shapies.” A key part of its success is the close collaboration with well-known influencers who co-create exclusive product lines and authentically promote the brand across social media. This strong connection with its target audience and high visibility in influencer marketing make Shape Republic a brand where premium product presentation, custom product packaging and a memorable unboxing experience play an essential role. Custom presentation boxes and branded packaging help turn every campaign into a premium brand experience that attracts attention, strengthens brand recognition and encourages customers and influencers to share the products across social media.
To launch the summer season, Shape Republic wanted to introduce a new flavor of its popular Slim Shake and surprise selected influencers and PR contacts with an exclusive custom influencer box. The brief was clear but ambitious: the box needed to securely hold both the new product and a handwritten greeting card for each recipient while creating an eye-catching premium product presentation. The biggest challenge was the tight schedule, with only around three weeks available for concept development, design coordination and production. At the same time, the custom PR box had to feature Shape Republic’s individual brand design throughout, despite the small production run of just 30 boxes. For IP Adelt, this custom packaging project required fast decisions, close collaboration and a highly efficient production process to deliver premium branded presentation boxes on time and without compromising on quality.
Inspiration for Promotions, PR and Product Presentation
For the product launch, IP Adelt developed a custom hardcover magnetic box tailored precisely to Shape Republic’s requirements. The development process followed a proven approach: first, the custom inlay was designed to perfectly fit the product container and greeting card, and then the magnetic box itself was engineered around the interior layout. This created a premium presentation solution that securely holds both elements in place while showcasing them in an attractive and professional way. The exterior features a fresh summer-inspired design with tropical fruits and green leaves on a white and gold striped background, enhanced by a combination of gloss and matte finishes for a premium look and feel. The “Shape & Shine” lettering and Shape Republic logo prominently reinforce the brand identity. Opening the custom presentation box creates another memorable brand moment: the inside of the lid reveals the claim “Taste the Tropics” in elegant curved typography, adding an emotional surprise before revealing the precisely die-cut custom inlay with the product and personalized greeting card. Following approval of the print artwork prepared by IP Adelt, the complete small production run was manufactured in Shape Republic’s custom brand design – from initial consultation and development to final delivery in only around three weeks. Achieving this fast turnaround while maintaining cost-effective production for just 30 custom boxes was made possible by IP Adelt’s extensive experience in producing high-quality custom magnetic boxes, influencer boxes, PR boxes and premium presentation solutions in small quantities.
Despite the tight timeline, the project was a complete success. Following the launch, Shape Republic shared highly positive feedback, confirming that the custom influencer boxes had made a significant contribution to the success of the launch event and created an exciting unboxing experience for the recipients. The fast turnaround, premium quality and consistent branded design of the custom presentation boxes were particularly praised. For IP Adelt, feedback like this is the best confirmation of a successful partnership and demonstrates how custom magnetic boxes, PR boxes and influencer packaging can strengthen product launches and create memorable brand experiences. Shape Republic has already announced plans to work with IP Adelt again for future events and product campaigns. Despite the considerable time pressure, the entire project was characterized by close, collaborative communication and a strong partnership. As a special sign of appreciation, Shape Republic even provided a photograph of the finished and filled presentation box after the project, allowing IP Adelt to showcase the custom packaging solution as part of its reference portfolio.
